La Sérénade pour la Guitarre et Flûte fu pubblicata nel 1821 dall’editore Breitkopf & Härtel di Lipsia. Fa parte delle composizioni giovanili di Soussman ed è il suo primo brano che prevede l’abbinamento fra chitarra e flauto. E’ dedicato all’amico H. Thiemann che non siamo riusciti ad individuare. Probabilmente era un chitarrista o un flautista dilettante.
The Sérénade pour la Guitarre et Flûte was published in 1821 by the Leipzig publisher Breitkopf & Härtel. It is part of Soussman’s early compositions and is his first piece that includes the combination of guitar and flute. It is dedicated to the friend H. Thiemann whom we have not been able to identify. He was probably a guitarist or an amateur flutist.
